With the yearly Leadership Seminar coming up that I help organise and run, I've been thinking about my presentation for this year, and one of the topics I've been musing over is Defining Leadership. One of the angles I've been thinking about involves Stephen Covey's well known Circle of Control, Influence and Concern.
